B-BBEE Requirements for Large Enterprises
Large Enterprises are required to undergo a full B-BBEE verification audit against the Generic Scorecard, which includes all five scorecard elements. There is no affidavit exemption regardless of ownership status.

Failure to comply with the minimum thresholds of any priority element may result in a one-level discount on the final B-BBEE rating.

Certificate Validity
